DELIVERY 

  • Domestic Delivery
    1. Orders and payment placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday) will be delivered at the same day.
    2. Orders and payment placed after 3pm (Monday – Friday) will be delivered at the next day.
    3. Orders and payment placed on Saturday & Sunday, will be delivered at Monday.
  • International Delivery
    1. All International orders will be ship via EMS Indonesian Post with tracking number provided.
    2. Delivery terms will be 0-2 business days. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly.
    3. However, our prices are excluding custom fees and all additional taxes. Customers are responsible for all costs relating to the import process. Related fees vary depending on the destination country.
    4. We are not responsible for any risk, shipment delay, or loss with the products as soon as the products are delivered at the agreed delivery address.
    5. Confirmation and tracking information will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase.
    6. If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee.
    7. Sometimes mistakes do happen, but we will do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at order@sagaraindonesia.com and we will look into it.

    *Please note that all orders placed on holiday will be delivered on next day.

RETURN

  • Return Policy
    1. All returns must be authorize by use prior to the return.
    2. Please use EMS Service from your local postal service provider, return shipments from courier services will not be accepted due to brokerage costs.
    3. Buyer be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and sending back your replace item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    4. Items must be unused, unworn and in perfect shape. Goods must be complete, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with no dirty or greasy marks, or transport or packing tape damage. Goods will be exchanged for the same item of a different size subject to availability.
    5. Please pack goods to be returned using a similar method to that used when goods were dispatched to you. Goods must include all accessories originally supplied (if added).
    6. Goods will not be accepted for any of the following reasons.
      1. Goods returned after 3 days from date of E.T.A. (Estimated Time Arrive).
      2. Goods returned without original invoice details (if added).
      3. Goods that have been fitted, used, altered or damaged in any way.
    7. Return can only be done one time, and we will refused to return the product if you already doing as much as 2 times based on reasons for sizing. Prior to placing an order or to return, we hope that you check the size you need exactly.
    8. Period of return: 3 days if in Indonesia, 14 days for international from the received date.
    9. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • NOTE :
    1. All item cannot be refund.
    2. Items on “Sale” and “Factory Second” cannot be exchanged / returned.
    3. Therefore we suggest you contact us at order@sagaraindonesia.com and let us inform you about the product availability.
